The 27-year-old man killed in a single-vehicle crash near Bridgeville early Saturday morning has been identified by Delaware State Police as Devin Flamer of Bridgeville.
According to police, the crash happened shortly before 5 a.m. on July 12. Investigators report that Flamer’s Buick Century was traveling south on Wilson Farm Road at what appeared to be a high rate of speed when it failed to stop at the intersection with Cannon Road. The vehicle crossed over Conrail Road then swerved on and off the road before hitting a concrete barrier and overturning.

Flamer, who police say was not properly restrained, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Anyone with information or witnessed the crash is asked to contact the Delaware State Police or call Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
